Kim Wilson Housing's homeless case management services are coordinated by a multi-disciplinary team located at Frank William’s Outreach Center. This program provides the following person-centered, trauma sensitive services to homeless individuals in Wyandotte County who are experiencing severe mental illness/co-occurring substance abuse:
- outreach services
- screening and diagnostic treatment services
- community mental health services
- substance use treatment
- case management services
- housing services and supports
- referral and connection to other community mental health services, job training, housing placement assistance, income assistance, employment assistance and medical assistance
