Permanent Supportive Housing
We specialize in permanent supportive housing (PSH) programs, and manage Beacon Homes, a HUD-funded permanent housing program, in partnership with Wyandot Center.
Beacon Homes provides scattered site affordable housing units in Kansas City, KS for chronically homeless adults.
For more information, please contact Nehemiah Rosell.
Through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, we provide rapid rehousing to homeless households. Our rapid rehousing program helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness to find housing, receive move-in and rent assistance, and case management services.

Housing Location Services
We launched our Housing Location Services (HLS) in 2017, funded in part by a grant from the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City. Our HLS program directly benefits Wyandot Center clients, providing them with affordable housing opportunities and thereby improving their health and wellbeing.
Referrals for Beacon Homes permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing must come though the Greater Kansas City Coordinated Entry System.
